Garage Owners have the ability to manage access to their LKQ Rewards account via the Manage Colleagues page.
Garage Owners have the ability to manage the users associated with their garage account. Each request to register can be reviewed from the Manage Colleagues page and then access granted or denied. Once a user has completed their registration, Garage Owners also have the ability to select whether they can redeem points (Reward Controller) and/or have permission to also manage users (Garage Owner).
Only Garage Owners can see the Manage Colleagues page to manage access. If you can't see this page and feel you should do, please contact your Account Manager in the first instance.
Linking more than one garage is easy with LKQ Rewards. The programme is designed to allow you to manage your earning potential.
This type of “linking” allows you as a garage owner to have all the garages in your group linked so that you have one single target, and the transactions from your garages are amalgamated. The combined performance of your linked accounts will be tracked towards the single target, where you will also have one single points balance to redeem from. Please note, a new spend target will be provided if you chose to link garages together.
If you work across more than one garage you can easily switch garages to see and manage your points balances.
This Type of “association” allows Garage Owners, to view all the garages in your group. Each garage will have an individual reward programme account, meaning that their transactions and progress will be tracked independently. Each garage will earn - and be able to redeem - their own individual points balance. We have given you the ability to switch between associated and linked garage accounts all in one place; you can find this under the ‘Switch Garage’ page.
